It synthesized EVERYTHING in my brain that had been floating around from the BoardVitals and I hit this almost zen flow with the quizzes after that, regularly getting 80-100. Three days before my exam, I did extended full time rereading of purple book front to back. But some of it also wasn't really usable for me. I also took a last minute review by a lady named Tina Johl which was interesting and somewhat helpful as she provided some memory aids and tools for neurotransmitters (where they are made in the brain), inducers/inhibitors etc. I had two months of studying, 30-60 min a day of taking practice quizzes and 3 days a week of watching a ton of YouTube videos. I was around 65-68% when I first started studying. It doesn't sound like you're ready yet though. Also had some of these questions show up.

Also do the practice exam in the back of your purple book after you study a little longer. There were quite a few almost verbatim questions from this bank. Again these questions are harder than the exams.ĪNCC IQ should def be at least 80%. BoardVitals is harder, but you want to regularly get 70%+ on BV's 10 question daily quizzes but I wouldn't stress if you see quite a few 60s in there too.

Start taking daily quizzes of 10-20 questions a day. Pocket prep should be around 80% ideally by the time you take your exam.
